Saint Jeanne’s has a reputation for its proactive approach responding with reason, responsibility and resilience, from technology implementation in learning to aspects of AI and its driving effects on education. A great deal of effort and resources are provided to the parents and students of the school regarding information privacy and network access while at school. As part of our overall efforts for a Safe and Secure school, we require all students to enroll their iPad in the school's management system. Restrictions are placed on each iPad in compliance to the school's Acceptable Usage Policies as well as federal and state guidelines. GRADES 3-8 NEW OR UNENROLLED IPADS ONLY iPad minimum requirements - running iOS 7 or greater. All iPads dropped off to be enrolled in the Mobile Device Management System MUST have the passcode TURNED OFF and the APPLE ID REMOVED. You will need to do this at your house prior to coming to school in case you need to reset your Apple ID password.
Device enrollment will be Monday, August 14, through Thursday, August 17. iPads can be dropped off in the front office with the confirmation page you will bet once you submit this form.
Click on Settings-->General-->About or the serial number is stamped on the back of the iPad (very small).
If you cannot successfully remove both of these items please do not bring the iPad to school. They will have to be removed before the device can be enrolled in the MDM system. If you are unable to remove BOTH the Apple ID and the Passcode you will need to take the iPad to an Apple Store to resolve the issue.
Please remember to print the confirmation and attach it to the iPad.
